These workshops are designed for Landlords and Tenants who would like to learn more about their rights and responsibilities under the Richmond Rent Ordinance.

  • How Rent Control works in California

  • Just Cause for Eviction and noticing requirements

  • The Rent Adjustment Process

  • Overview of Important California Civil Codes
