Mom & Pop Art Shop

We are Mom & Pop. We provide local art supplies for kids and adults, handmade items by local artists and a little bit of everything in between. Half store, half gallery we want to provide our customers with an artful experience all around. We are located in Point Richmond, Ca and are opening our doors on April 22, 2016. Being that we are both artists we decided to open a shop of our own that represents us creatively.

Mom and Pop Art Shop is a new store located in the artsy community of Point Richmond, Ca. It is ran by local residents Kelly Nicolaisen and Jacinto Castillo (mom and pop) who are parents to 2 year old Ava Leon. The Shop will contain an art gallery that will feature rotating artists from all around the world, including the works of Kelly and Jacinto. They will also have an “Imaginarium” corner that will provide creative activities, puzzles and assorted toys that will help expand a child’s imagination. Mom and Pop will also carry a large variety of well needed art supplies at competitive prices. They will have ongoing activities including workshops and DIY classes taught by local artists of all kinds. Throughout the shop will be handpicked vintage items as well as custom furniture for sale. They feel the Antiques will add a sense of nostalgia to an ever changing inventory of well made crafty items only sold at their shop. Mom & Pop’s goal is to be the go to store for all of your artful and gift giving needs. A place for individuals, kids, parents, and grandparents to be inspired by a world full of creative goodness.
